Processing:Soft crushing, cold maceration, fermentation at  controlled temperature of 18-20°c, light clarification, cold stabilising, sterile filtering for bottling.


Aging : steel


Acidity : 5,5 gr./lt.


Sugar : 2 gr./lt.


Gradation : 12% vol.

WINE CHARACTERISTICS:  

Deep red tending to garnet.

Fragant nose hinting at violets; pleasanty sharp, dry flavour.

   Serving temperature :                   20 – 22 ° c.

SPECIAL RECIPE OUR CHEF

CREAM OF BEANS WITH POTATO CROQUETTES

100gr. Fave decurticate fresh
half an onion
Extra salt and pepper to taste
1 potato

Breadcrumbs

Parmesan cheese 59 gr.

1 egg
